Refund Policy
We hope your purchase was everything you expected and more. However, on the off chance that it wasn’t quite right for you, please know the following:
We accept refund requests within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refund requests made after this period.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including all original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or has had its seal broken cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Once your refund request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
